General Terms and Conditions Regarding Cancellation:
An appointment booked verbally, by telephone, online, or in writing is binding. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment will be free of charge. Any appointment missed, changed, or cancelled without 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. If the guest is late, the appointment ends as booked. A refund of the lost time/money is not possible.
