GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS REGARDING CANCELLATION:
An appointment booked verbally, by telephone, online, or in writing is binding. If you need to reschedule an appointment, you must give 24 hours notice. Any appointment missed, changed, or cancelled without 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. If the guest is late, the appointment ends as booked. A refund of the lost time/money is not possible.
